  Equatorial Guinea's Government-authenticated live eVisa service accepts all nationalities using a regular passport and sends the eVisa by email/PDF before travel.
  - Use the Belarusian ordinary/biometric citizen passport used for travel; the live service excludes non-regular travel documents, while Belarus separately issues diplomatic and service passports.
  - Register, upload visitor documents, pay online and obtain the eVisa by email/PDF before travel. This is electronic issuance, not a visa on arrival.
  - Purpose, passport validity, health, entry-point, carrier and final-admission requirements remain separate.
