## Evidence timeline

- **Current official route — Belarusian ordinary passports: Nigeria tourism eVisa** (eVisa)
Nigeria Immigration Service's current F5A tourism service covers Belarus, issues the visa certificate by email before travel, and separately assigns Belarus a payable single-entry fee.
  - Use a Belarusian ordinary/biometric citizen passport. The issuer's current Government page distinguishes that citizen passport from diplomatic and service passports.
  - F5A is tourism only, single entry and up to 30 days. Apply online, upload the stated documents and pay before travel; the visa certificate is sent by email, so this is electronic issuance rather than an arrival visa.
  - F5A generally excepts ECOWAS States and countries with visa-abolition/waiver agreements. Belarus is not an ECOWAS State, and Appendix I's payable Belarus single-entry fee directly supports use of the F5A route. Purpose, document, carrier and final-admission requirements remain separate.
