## Evidence timeline

- **March 17, 2024 — Honduras: Bolivian ordinary passports visa-free for tourism or visits** (Visa-free)
SRE’s 2024 circular states that Honduras removed both the visa and entry-authorisation requirement for Bolivian holders of ordinary passports travelling for tourism or visits. This is visa-free access, not an ETA, eVisa or arrival-visa route.
  - Applies to Bolivian ordinary passports for tourism or visits only.
  - The source does not state a nationality-wide duration, fee, extension, onward-travel, funds, accommodation, health or port rule; none is inferred.
  - Work, residence, transit, diplomatic, official, service, emergency, special-document and third-country-document cases are excluded.

- **Current official route — CA-4 Category A ordinary passports: visa-free Honduras entry** (Visa-free)
The current COCESNA CA-4 eAIP defines Category A as visa-exempt for ordinary passports travelling to Honduras. This policy includes the current listed Category A passports after applying directly stated Honduras-specific changes for Bolivia, Ecuador, Latvia, Taiwan and the United Kingdom.
  - Applies only to ordinary passports in the stated CA-4 Category A baseline; it does not flatten diplomatic, official, service, residence, refugee, stateless, provisional or special-document treatment.
  - The category schedule's Honduras observations control the mapped deviations: Bolivia and Ecuador are Category A; Latvia is Category B. Taiwan is included in Category A by the current common CA-4 schedule.
  - A tourist normally receives up to 90 days at entry and may seek a 30-day extension. A valid passport, onward or continuing ticket, migration form, funds, purpose, lodging, health and individual-admissibility requirements apply.
  - CA-4 resident, qualifying third-country visa/residence and other special exceptions are conditional and not a nationality-wide substitute for this baseline.
