## Evidence timeline

- **Current official route — Thailand: foreign ordinary passports eligible to apply for Thai eVisa** (eVisa)
The MFA says foreign nationals can apply for Thai eVisa worldwide except from inside Thailand. These passports have no easier nationality-wide route established by the current schedules above.
  - Applicant must be a foreign national located outside Thailand; the worldwide statement establishes availability of the electronic application route, not guaranteed issuance or admission.
  - The portal requires an online account, application, supporting documents and payment. The competent mission may seek further documents or interview the applicant; exact visa type, purpose, document and nationality checks remain case-specific.
  - TDAC applies to non-Thai arrivals and is an arrival declaration, not a visa or ETA.
  - This ordinary-passport visitor-route classification does not establish work, residence, transit, crew, diplomatic/official/special-document, border-pass, fee, duration, port, extension, security, or discretionary-admission rights.
