  The reciprocal EU–Saint Lucia agreement is provisionally applied from 2015-05-28 and formally in force from 2023-11-01.
  - The waiver is limited to valid ordinary passports and short stays of no more than 90 days in any 180-day period.
  - Paid activity is excluded, and ordinary entry conditions and refusal powers continue to apply.
  - Ireland is outside the agreement.

  The official Government notice states that the EU–Saint Lucia agreement gives EU citizens the identical reciprocal short-stay visa-free rights. The named 26 covered EU States supplement Schedule 4.
  - Valid ordinary passports only; stay may not exceed 90 days in any 180-day period.
  - Paid activity is excluded and ordinary border, health, security and admissibility controls continue to apply.
  - Ireland and the United Kingdom are outside this agreement; their treatment is separately stated in Schedule 4.
