Moldova has issued such passports exclusively with biometric data since 1 January 2011; the passport authority specifies electronic storage including facial biometric data and fixed 4/7/10-year terms. - No legacy extension creates a current non-biometric ordinary passport: Moldova MFA states passports are not extended, and the passport authority records that the former adult term was seven years before its 2018 increase. The child and medically impossible-fingerprint routes are still passport issuance routes with electronic biometric data; temporarily impossible fingerprints produce a one-year passport. - The French current Annex II schedules waive Moldovan biometric passports in Guadeloupe/French Guiana/Réunion, Mayotte, French Polynesia, New Caledonia, and both Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy. The FW aggregate is uniform because both its component schedules use the same Moldovan biometric-passport condition. - The French maximum is 90 days in 180 days for GF, FW, YT and RE, and three months in six months for PF and NC. Work, residence, transit, diplomatic, service, refugee/stateless, travel-certificate and final-admission rules are outside this ordinary visitor classification.
