  The EU–Dominica agreement is provisionally applied from 2015-05-28; no final entry-into-force notice was located in this review.
  - The waiver is limited to valid ordinary passports and short stays of no more than 90 days in any 180-day period.
  - Paid activity is excluded, and ordinary entry conditions and refusal powers continue to apply.
  - Ireland is excluded; France and the Netherlands are covered only in their European territories.
  - The agreement does not itself establish access to Norway, Iceland, Switzerland, or Liechtenstein.
