  Ukraine's current in-force treaty with Dominica waives visas for ordinary passports for stays of up to 90 days in any 180-day period.
  - Applies to a valid ordinary passport of the Commonwealth of Dominica, which the treaty expressly distinguishes from diplomatic and official passports.
  - For the modeled short visitor/non-remunerated subset, the treaty waives visas for entry, stay, exit, and transit in Ukraine for up to 90 days in any 180-day period.
  - A visit longer than 90 days, except for treaty-accreditation cases, requires a visa before entry regardless of purpose.
  - The territorial scope is Ukraine through international passenger border crossings; operational, security, martial-law, carrier, and final-admission conditions remain separate from the current treaty force.
