- **Current official route — Morocco: ordinary-passport visitor consular visa baseline** (Visa required)
  For these ordinary-passport tourist inputs with usual residence in the nationality country and no additional visa, the live Accès Maroc service returns its visa-required outcome rather than exemption, AEVM or eVisa.
  - The portal's visa outcome means a Moroccan visa application is required. The official AEVM guide distinguishes this from the electronic travel authorization and eVisa outcomes, and says the visa application is lodged at the consular post.
  - This does not rule out the separately documented conditional eVisa paths for a traveler who holds a qualifying residence permit or an eligible valid multiple-entry third-country visa; those are not nationality-only routes.
  - Law 02-03 requires foreign arrivals to present a valid recognized travel document and, where applicable, an administrative visa. Visa possession does not remove border examination, evidence-of-stay or refusal risk.
  - This baseline excludes work, residence, family, transit, event, diplomatic, official, service, refugee, stateless and special-document treatment.
