- **Current official route — French ordinary passports: named electronic visitor-visa routes** (eVisa)
  Current French Government guidance identifies an electronic visitor visa issued before travel for the listed routes.
  - IQ: federal Iraq ended tourist visa-on-arrival issuance on 1 March 2025; use eservice.evisa.iq before departure. CU: the tourist visa is mandatory and applied for online through evisacuba.cu, with a confirmation code sent by email.
  - This excludes Iraq’s distinct Kurdistan route, non-tourist categories, carrier requirements and final admission.
