## Evidence timeline

- **March 1, 2019 — Georgian ordinary passports: Ukraine short-visit visa waiver** (Visa-free)
The in-force Ukraine-Georgia agreement waives visas for Georgian citizens using a passport of a citizen of Georgia for entry, exit, transit and short stays of up to 90 days in any 180-day period.
  - The agreement's appendix expressly lists a passport of a citizen of Georgia among the documents that may be used for entry, stay, exit and transit in Ukraine.
  - The visa waiver permits entry, exit, transit and stay for no more than 90 days in any 180-day period through border crossing points open to international traffic.
  - The agreement is indefinite and remains marked in force. This short-visitor ordinary-passport baseline does not establish employment, residence, other special-document treatment, wartime operational access or final admission.
