  E-VISA LIBYA's current active country configuration positively lists these ordinary-passport nationalities with no exemption, online application and EMAIL visa delivery; the same national portal makes Electronic Visa available and includes tourism and visit purposes.
  - The live country configuration expressly marks each listed code as active, not exempt, online-applicable and EMAIL-delivered. It is a current electronic issuance route rather than a visa-on-arrival or mere online preapproval.
  - Use a regular ordinary passport and select a current visitor purpose (tourism or visit) in E-VISA LIBYA. The portal's nationality, date-of-birth and gender checker, supporting-document requirements, payment, carrier rules and final border admission still apply.

1. Choose the regular-passport nationality, gender and date of birth in the official eligibility checker.
2. If the official checker permits the route, create the electronic-visa application and select tourism or visit as appropriate.
3. Complete the portal's document, payment and any review requirements; travel only after the visa has been issued and delivered by the service.
