- **Current official route — Mozambique: advance electronic visa route** (eVisa)
  The live immigration portal includes these ordinary-passport nationalities in Mozambique's electronic-visa scheme for qualifying visits.
  - The tourist eVisa covers tourism, holidays or vacations of 90 days or less; other published electronic-visa purposes have their own requirements.
  - The applicant must apply and pay online before travel, then carry the approved preliminary eVisa PDF for boarding and arrival.
  - The physical visa may be finalized at the border, but prior electronic approval is mandatory, so this is normalized as eVisa rather than visa on arrival.
  - Ordinary-passport short tourism or business visits only; work, residence, study, crew, transit, diplomatic, official, service, refugee, emergency and other special-document cases are outside this policy.
  - Admission remains subject to passport validity, travel-purpose, supporting-document, health, security and border-control requirements; an approval or exemption does not guarantee entry.

1. Confirm the passport nationality, intended purpose and permitted stay in the official eligibility table.
2. Complete the linked online application, upload the requested documents and pay the applicable fee.
3. If approved, download and print the preliminary eVisa or eTA PDF and carry it for boarding and arrival.
