- **Current official route — Named CARICOM ordinary passports: visa exemption and six-month definite entry** (Visa-free)
  The Immigration Division lists these CARICOM nationalities as visa-exempt; Foreign Ministry CSME guidance says a CARICOM national seeking entry receives a definite six-month entry subject to immigration requirements.
  - The stated six months is subject to satisfaction of all immigration requirements and does not itself establish entry, employment, residence, a work-permit exemption, or an indefinite CSME Skills Certificate stay.
  - Free movement for listed CSME skill categories requires the appropriate Skills Certificate; other CARICOM nationals seeking employment must apply for a work permit.
  - This policy covers only the common ordinary-passport visitor component, not diplomatic, official, emergency, refugee, crew, or other special documents.
  - From 17 March 2026, all persons entering or leaving Trinidad and Tobago must complete the free online Arrival/Departure Card before travel (up to 72 hours) and present its QR-code receipt. This is a travel declaration, not a visa, ETA, or entry guarantee.
