- **May 1, 2024 — Latvian ordinary passports: Syria electronic visitor visa** (eVisa)
  Current Latvian MFA guidance says Latvian citizens may arrange Syria's entry visa electronically.
  - The current MFA guidance directs travellers to Syria's electronic visa service and separately warns that an Israeli border-crossing stamp can result in refusal.
  - This excludes work, residence, special documents, operational travel restrictions and final admission.
