  - Complete pre-enrolment, payment and document upload; board only with the approved D.S.T. response, payment receipt, valid Malawian ordinary passport and yellow-fever certificate.
  - At Abidjan airport complete biometric enrolment; the visa is printed and issued there. This is online preapproval followed by border issuance, not an eVisa.
  - Work, residence, special passports, carrier rules and final admission remain separate.
