  - Paid activity is excluded, and ordinary entry conditions and refusal powers continue to apply.
  - Ireland is outside the agreement.

  The current MOFA non-citizen schedule marks these named nationality entries Visa Free.
  - This maps the schedule country/passport entries only. It does not establish a common duration, entry count, extension, employment right, residence right, or special-document rule.
  - UAE Government guidance says passports must be valid for at least six months from entry and that arrival eligibility may change; admission remains subject to border and security decisions.
  - Hong Kong is limited to the schedule named Hong Kong SAR entry; it does not establish PRC, Macao, Taiwan, travel-document, British National (Overseas), or another special passport treatment. Kosovo and Vatican likewise represent only their named ordinary-country entries.
  - Do not re-label an optional sponsor, airline, hotel, agency, residence-conditioned, transit, or other purpose-specific route as the nationality-wide default.
