  The current Ukraine-Marshall Islands agreement expressly includes normal Marshall Islands passports and waives visas for entry, stay, exit, and transit up to 90 days in 180 days.
  - The annex expressly lists a normal Marshall Islands passport, while Article 1 permits visa-free entry, stay, exit, and transit for up to 90 days in 180 days.
  - A stay exceeding 90 days requires a visa before entry regardless of purpose. This policy does not establish employment, residence, special-document, carrier, security, border-access, or final-admission treatment.
