  - The live country configuration expressly marks each listed code as active, not exempt, online-applicable and EMAIL-delivered. It is a current electronic issuance route rather than a visa-on-arrival or mere online preapproval.
  - Use a regular ordinary passport and select a current visitor purpose (tourism or visit) in E-VISA LIBYA. The portal's nationality, date-of-birth and gender checker, supporting-document requirements, payment, carrier rules and final border admission still apply.
