- **Current official route — Nauru ordinary passport: Schengen visa required pending EU waiver agreement** (Visa required)
  Although Nauru appears in Annex II, its footnote makes exemption conditional on entry into force of an EU waiver agreement. The current Council register says the regime applies only once Nauru and the EU have concluded that agreement; the ordinary-passport route to Andorra therefore remains Schengen visa required.
  - Andorra has no separate visitor visa; this is the Schengen visa required for travel through France or Spain to reach Andorra.
  - The Annex II Nauru footnote is conditional. Do not classify Nauru as visa-free until an official source confirms the EU–Nauru waiver agreement is concluded and in force.
  - If a visa is required, use double entry for one exit from Andorra and return to Schengen, or multiple entry for several exits and returns.
