# Nepal passport to Zimbabwe: eVisa

- **Current official route — Category C ordinary passports: Zimbabwe advance electronic visitor visa** (eVisa)
  The official Category C and eVisa regime require this cohort to apply, pay and obtain approval before travel. Immigration describes the approval as electronically issued and emailed, so it is normalized as evisa rather than visa required.
  - This policy covers only the named Category C ordinary-passport visitor cohort. The eVisa confirmation is issued electronically and emailed; passport stamping on arrival does not convert it into visa on arrival.
  - The official portal says to apply at least three weeks before travel and describes eVisa validity from issue as one month single-entry, three months double-entry, or six months multiple-entry. Processing or payment does not guarantee approval or admission.
  - The Entry Declaration is separate from the eVisa. Work, residence, business-only, transit, diplomatic, official, service, refugee and special-document rules remain outside this baseline; entry is subject to security and Immigration discretion.

## How to apply

The FAQ states an average processing time of seven working days and advises applying at least three weeks before travel.

1. Use the official Zimbabwe eVisa service to submit the visa application, required documents and payment before travel.
2. Wait for the electronic approval/confirmation sent to the applicant's email; an application fee does not guarantee approval.
3. Print the approved eVisa for travel and present it with the required travel documents for Immigration examination and passport stamping on arrival.
