  - TM: border-checkpoint issuance requires a prior Invitation Letter from the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan; tourists obtain that invitation through a Turkmen travel agency. Document, entry-point and final-admission conditions remain applicable.
  - KH: Dutch guidance expressly allows a tourist visa to be requested on arrival; Cambodia also offers a government online route, but the available border-issued route is recorded here.
