- **October 27, 2021 — Peruvian ordinary passports: Ukraine visa-free short visits** (Visa-free)
  Ukraine's current in-force short-stay treaty with Peru waives visas for ordinary passports for up to 90 days in any 180-day period.
  - Applies to a Peruvian ordinary passport valid for at least six months from entry into Ukraine, as expressly specified by the treaty annex.
  - For short visitor/non-remunerated travel, the treaty waives visas for entry, stay, exit, and transit for up to 90 days in any 180-day period.
  - A stay longer than 90 days or paid activity requires a visa before entry; any more favorable Ukrainian statutory condition remains governed by Ukrainian law.
  - The territorial scope is Ukraine through international passenger border crossings; operational, security, martial-law, carrier, and final-admission conditions remain separate from the current treaty force.
