- **November 2, 2018 — Qatari ordinary passports: Ukraine short-visit visa exemption** (Visa-free)
  Ukraine's in-force bilateral agreement exempts ordinary Qatari passports from visas for entry, stay, exit and transit up to 90 days in 180 days.
  - The waiver applies to ordinary Qatari passports valid for at least six months from entry and permits up to 90 days in any 180-day period.
  - Employment, residence, special-document travel, temporarily occupied-territory permissions and final admission remain outside this ordinary short-visitor baseline.
