  Serbia MFA expressly requires Serbian national-passport holders to obtain a Côte d’Ivoire visa, while the destination's official ordinary-passport process gives online preapproval and prints/issues the visa at Abidjan airport.
  - Use a valid Serbian ordinary passport. Complete SNEDAI pre-enrolment, payment and document upload; board only with the approved D.S.T. response, payment receipt, passport and yellow-fever certificate.
  - At Abidjan airport complete biometric enrolment; the visa is printed and issued there. This is online preapproval followed by border issuance, not an eVisa.
