## Evidence timeline

The imported **Visa-free** classification is withheld pending clarification of the official evidence.

Public access to Vatican City requires the Italian and Schengen access leg. Italy limits Serbia's waiver to biometric passports and excludes Coordination Directorate passports, which Serbia confirms remain a current issuance channel; no passport-wide category represents both cohorts.

No single replacement category has been established. Next recheck target: November 26, 2026. Research targets are not legal expiry dates.
