# Seychelles passport to Kyrgyzstan: eVisa

## Evidence timeline

- **Current official route — Seychelles ordinary passports: Kyrgyz Republic Tourist eVisa** (eVisa)
  For Seychelles, the current MFA eVisa application's controlling getList7 gate directly offered Tourist (TS). The resulting Ordinary Tourist response is issued for tourism up to 30 days, and the portal requires eVisa confirmation before entry.
  - A fresh retained application session selected Seychelles=198. Its direct getList7 response positively included Tourist (TS) before a Tourist product was requested.
  - Only after that positive gate, the Ordinary replay used ids=56, doc_type=1, visa_filtr=1 (Single Entry) and service_level=2. The response says Tourist visa (TS) is issued for tourism for a period up to 30 days and cannot be issued while the foreign national is in Kyrgyzstan.
  - Complete and pay the online application, then receive eVisa confirmation through the portal before entry. The form labels service level 2 as consideration within 2 business days; that is expedited consideration, not a guaranteed standard decision time.
  - The electronic visa is usable only through Manas International Airport, Osh International Airport or Ak-dzol checkpoint. Work, residence, transit, diplomatic/service/special-document, security and individual-admission decisions remain outside this ordinary short-visitor policy.
  - The current Seychelles MFA interface says Seychellois passport holders need a visa for Kyrgyzstan, but does not specify a mission-only route or issuance channel. The direct Kyrgyz MFA electronic eligibility and issuance results therefore establish the pre-travel eVisa route.

## How to apply

1. Before travel, select Seychelles, Ordinary travel document and the positive Tourist (TS) option in the MFA eVisa form.
2. Complete and pay the electronic application, then receive eVisa confirmation through the portal before travel.
3. Use the confirmed eVisa through Manas International Airport, Osh International Airport or Ak-dzol checkpoint, subject to normal admission checks.
