  Gibraltar's current treaty-entry guidance applies the EU free-movement regime to Union citizens. These ordinary passports have a visa-free short-visitor route through Gibraltar's dual Gibraltar/Schengen controls.
  - Use a valid passport or national identity card as applicable; this is not a Gibraltar or UK citizenship classification.
  - The Gibraltar airport route has dual Gibraltar and Schengen immigration checks. Residence, family-member, work, study, crew, diplomatic, official, special-document and individual-admission rules are not normalized into this ordinary-passport visitor baseline.
  - ETIAS is not operating on the research date. No separate nationality-wide Gibraltar eVisa, ETA or visa-on-arrival route is established for this cohort.
