## Evidence timeline

- **Current official route — DNM-listed ordinary passports: consular tourist visa required** (Visa required)
DNM's exhaustive ordinary-tourist matrix expressly marks these nationalities 'REQUIERE VISA' or a visa/travel-certificate requirement. Any separate AVE or 2025 conditional United States-visa exception is retained as a narrow overlapping route, not silently converted into general visa-free access.
  - This policy consists only of DNM's explicit ordinary-tourist rows marked 'REQUIERE VISA' (and Kosovo/Taiwan's 'visa / travel certificate' rows). It is not a nationality complement inferred outside the official matrix.
  - China, India and the Dominican Republic have the separate conditional United States-visa tourist exemptions in the other policy; all three still display as visa-required in the matrix for travellers without that exception. The AVE-eligible countries likewise remain visa-required if the AVE conditions or authorization are absent.
  - For the consular tourist visa route, Argentina's official service guidance requires a passport valid for at least six months, a completed application, financial proof, return reservation, accommodation/itinerary or invitation, fee and consular interview. Apply through the Argentine consular representation with jurisdiction.
  - The tourist category is for rest/recreation, normally up to three months and renewable once; it does not permit remunerated work. Transit, crew, work, study, residence, diplomatic/official/service, refugee, special travel certificate and other Migration Law categories are separate and cannot be inferred from this ordinary-passport policy.
