## Evidence timeline

- **Current official route — CA-4 Category B/C ordinary passports: advance Honduran visa required** (Visa required)
The current CA-4 eAIP places these ordinary passports in Category B (consular) or C (consulted). Both require advance visa processing for the unconditional ordinary-passport baseline, so both normalize to visa_required rather than eVisa, ETA or visa on arrival.
  - Category B is an advance consular visa: INM says it is affixed to the passport and delivered at the personal, in-person appointment. Category C requires prior written INM validation before the applicant proceeds at a Honduran consulate.
  - The Category B/C grouping is only a normalized outcome; it does not erase the consulted-visa authorization, sponsor, documentary, fee, purpose or consular requirements that vary by category.
  - The current schedule's Honduras observations place Latvia and the Dominican Republic in Category B. SRE's current index separately records the United Kingdom ordinary-passport consular-visa rule and the Jordanian and Palestinian ordinary-passport Category B rules.
  - A Category B visitor with a qualifying United States, Canadian or Exchange visa, or qualifying Category-A-country residence, may receive Category A treatment; a Category C visitor with stated qualifying documents may be reduced only to Category B. These are conditional document exceptions, not nationality baselines.
  - CA-4 residence, work, transit, crew, diplomatic, official, service, emergency, refugee, stateless and special-document cases remain outside this ordinary-passport visitor classification. Final admission remains with migration authorities.
