  The Bahamas' statutory rule requires a leisure-visitor visa only for citizens of the finite Second Schedule cohort; that schedule and the current Ministry list name Sudan but not the distinct state of South Sudan.
  - Applies to an ordinary South Sudan passport holder visiting The Bahamas for a short leisure stay.
  - The governing Regulations impose a visitor visa where the traveller is a citizen of a Second Schedule country or travels for education or employment. South Sudan is outside that finite designated-country cohort.
  - The Ministry's current April 2026 list independently repeats Sudan in the visa-required cohort without treating South Sudan as Sudan.
  - Education, employment, residence, special documents, carrier checks and final immigration admission remain outside this leisure-visitor baseline.
