- **Current official route — Spanish ordinary passports: Syria electronic visitor visa** (eVisa)
  Current MAEC guidance expressly identifies Syria’s evisa.sy electronic-visa route for Spanish visitors.
  - An ordinary visitor may instead use a visa issued by the Syrian Embassy; this policy records the expressly available electronic route.
  - Diplomatic and international-organisation visas require the Embassy and are excluded.
