  Türkiye's Foreign Ministry expressly makes ordinary Saint Lucian passports eligible for a 90-day multiple-entry eVisa, delivered electronically before travel.
  - Applies to a Saint Lucian ordinary passport holder travelling for tourism or trade; the eVisa portal does not cover work or residence.
  - Türkiye's official eVisa portal requires application information and payment before it emails the download link.
  - The Foreign Ministry also describes an advance-mission route; final admission remains outside scope.

2. Enter the required information and pay electronically by an accepted card.
3. Download the eVisa from the emailed link before travel and retain a copy for arrival.
