  Côte d'Ivoire's current MFA guidance requires visitors to hold a visa, and its official ordinary-passport process gives online preapproval and prints/issues the visa at Abidjan airport.
  - Use a valid Timor-Leste common passport. Complete SNEDAI pre-enrolment, payment and document upload; board only with the approved D.S.T. response, payment receipt, passport and yellow-fever certificate.
  - At Abidjan airport complete biometric enrolment; the visa is printed and issued there. This is online preapproval followed by border issuance, not an eVisa.
  - Work, residence, special passports, transit, carrier rules and final admission remain separate.
