Venezuela's Embassy in France calls the Tourist (T) category an electronic visa and directs applications to the Foreign Ministry's Cancillería Digital portal. This maps the exact currently unsupported foreign ordinary-passport cohort from direct nationality-general eligibility and electronic issuance evidence, not from portal existence or omission from the air-entry exemption list.
  - The Foreign Ministry manual directly states that the tourist visa will be granted to foreign natural persons whose entry is for recreation, health or activities without remuneration or profit. It requires a passport valid for at least six months, a photograph, application form and request letter; approval remains subject to the stated process and final admission.

## How to apply

The Foreign Ministry manual says the procedure is approved and signed in approximately 72 hours.

1. Register in Cancillería Digital and create the tourist-visa request with the competent Office of Consular Relations.
2. Complete the tourist-visa procedure and upload the passport, photograph, application form, request letter and any mission-required documents.
3. Submit the request and receive the approved electronically signed document by email; download the signed PDF before travel and meet final-admission conditions.
