  - Apply using the regular Venezuelan passport issued through SAIME/Foreign Ministry adult-passport service; the live official translation asset excludes non-regular travel documents.
  - Register, upload the required visitor documents, pay online and obtain the eVisa by email/PDF before travel. This is electronic issuance, not an ETA or visa on arrival.
  - Purpose, passport validity, health, entry-point, carrier rules and final admission remain separate.
