India: Afghan ordinary passports require an advance visa
India's central gateway routes Afghanistan nationals to a separate advance AFGHAN Visa service, whose published categories do not establish a standard e-Tourist visa.
- The special portal publishes business, student, medical, medical-attendant, entry, and UN-diplomat services; it does not publish a standard e-Tourist category.
- Its online form/ETA workflow is a special advance visa process, not evidence of the general eVisa route.
- Purpose-specific documentation, prior authorization, security screening, passport validity, biometrics, registration, protected-area, transit, crew, residence, work, and admissibility conditions remain outside this nationality-only classification.
