Niue: other directly modelled foreign visitors require advance visitor visa
The current Niue Tourism entry page expressly says all other travellers must apply for a visitor visa before travel. This is a prior-visa route, not an electronic visa or arrival permit.
- This applies through the page’s explicit “all other travellers” instruction, not an inferred complement from an omitted nationality list. It is corroborated by the current Government of Niue Immigration form, which says travellers not from its named countries must apply for a visitor permit.
- The current application form calls for passport information, itinerary, booked accommodation, fee and further material requested by the Chief Immigration Officer; its stated processing time is 7 to 14 days. It is not an electronic issuance route.
- This does not establish work, study, residence, transit, crew, special/diplomatic passport, returnee, Niuean-origin, New Zealand status, discretionary-admission or third-country-document treatment.
