    Azerbaijani ordinary passports: Panama authorized visitor visa

    Panama's live Embassy schedule names Azerbaijan in the authorized-visa cohort, requiring advance consular processing unless a separate third-country-document waiver applies.

    • Applies to an ordinary Azerbaijani passport holder who does not qualify for Panama's separate valid third-country visa or residence waiver.
    • The Embassy requires an authorized-visa applicant to appear in person at the consulate before travel; approval may take up to 60 business days.
    • Work, residence, transit, diplomatic, official, special documents, consular-jurisdiction requirements and final admission remain outside scope.

  1. Determine that Panama's separate third-country visa or residence waiver does not apply.
  2. Appear in person and submit the listed authorized-visa documents to the competent Panamanian consulate before travel.
  3. Do not finalize travel arrangements until the visa has been granted.
