Named ordinary passports: advance eVisa available in the live selector
The official eImmigration service's live CountryForEVisa selector directly includes these passport nationalities. Easier visa-free routes in the MFA schedule are modeled separately and take precedence.
- This classification rests on the live field explicitly named CountryForEVisa in the official eVisa application catalog, not merely on an online form. It is an advance application route, not a visa-on-arrival finding.
- The MFA PDF says its simplified visa/eVisa requests are fee-based and may also describe visa-support confirmation or official-invitation routes. Follow the current application workflow, fees, passport, photograph, duration, entry, port and decision requirements presented during application.
- The selector has a stateless-person record that is not a nationality passport code and is deliberately excluded. Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan are modeled only as the portal's named passport/nationality records, not as an inference about PRC travel documents or residence status.
- Does not decide visa on arrival with support confirmation, GBAO permits, residence, work, business, transit, diplomatic, official, service, special-document, security or individual-admissibility treatment.
