Invitation-only ordinary passports: advance visitor visa at an Armenian mission or consular post

The current MFA schedule expressly places every listed passport nationality in an invitation-only visitor-visa route at Armenian diplomatic representations or consular posts abroad.

    • This is an ordinary short-visitor passport classification. The MFA schedule applies to the citizens and holders of travel documents of these countries; it requires an invitation and application only at Armenian diplomatic representations or consular posts abroad.
    • The current official legal procedure reserves electronic entry visas for nationals outside the invitation-only list. This cohort is therefore advance mission/consular visa required, not eVisa or visa on arrival.
    • A qualifying foreign residence permit creates a separate conditional temporary exemption through 1 July 2027; it does not replace this ordinary-passport baseline. Diplomatic, official, service, work, residence, transit, asylum, and final-admission routes remain separate.
