Guam: PRC ordinary passport requires advance visa
Current 8 CFR 212.1(r) expressly confines PRC visa-free EVS-TAP to CNMI and states that a PRC national seeking admission to Guam still requires a visa.
- This is a Guam-only ordinary PRC passport rule. CNMI EVS-TAP is not a Guam route.
- A valid U.S. visa, other federal status, residence document, parole, transit, crew, diplomatic/official or special-document route is outside this passport-only visitor baseline.
