One group agreement or destination policy can support many passport relationships. Dates are recorded only when an official source establishes them.

Foreign CEMAC ordinary passports: Central African Republic visa-free short entry

CEMAC's current Commission material says visa-free movement for Member-State citizens is effective. This directly maps the five other current CEMAC member-state ordinary passports to visa-free entry to the Central African Republic; no current CAR source was found to extend that rule beyond the bloc.

    • Applies only to nationals holding ordinary passports of the five other current CEMAC Member States: Cameroon, Republic of the Congo, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea and Chad.
    • The CEMAC Common Convention describes tourist movement for up to three months with a valid or recently expired national identity card or passport and an international health booklet. It does not publish a CAR-specific port or fee schedule.
    • Work, establishment, long-term residence, transit, diplomatic, official, service, refugee and other special-document arrangements are outside this ordinary short-visitor policy. Passport, health, public-order, security and individual admission controls may still apply.
    5 passport nationalities covered

Cameroon, Congo (Rep.), Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, Chad

United States ordinary passports: expressly pre-travel visas

Current State Department guidance expressly requires a visa to be obtained before travel for the listed destinations.

    • LY: applications are made at the Libyan embassy in the applicant's country of residence, require MFA approval, and visas are unavailable at the port of entry.
    • SD: obtain the visa from a Sudanese embassy before arrival; SS and CF: obtain the visa before arrival/travel.
    • CG: obtain the visa before travel; invitation or hotel-reservation conditions apply.
    • Visitor purpose, passport validity, invitation, transit, special-document and final-admission conditions remain applicable.

    United States

  3. Current official routeVisa required

Full British citizen passport: Central African Republic advance visa

FCDO directs full British citizen passport holders to apply through the Central African Republic Embassy in Paris.

    • The page applies to a full British citizen passport from the UK.
    • This is an embassy application route; requirements may change and health, transport, purpose, document and final-admission conditions remain separate.
    1 passport nationalities covered

    United Kingdom

  4. Current official routeVisa required

German ordinary passports: named advance visa routes

The Federal Foreign Office expressly requires pre-departure mission issuance for each listed German ordinary-passport visitor route.

    • KP: entry is limited to organized travel with assigned guides or interpreters and Foreign Ministry permission; tourist cases are handled by the travel agency, require a Korean-side invitation, and embassy issuance normally takes at least four weeks. LY: apply at the Libyan Embassy in Berlin for a Germany-based applicant. CG: apply before entry at the Republic of the Congo Embassy in Berlin. SS: apply before entry at the South Sudan Embassy in Berlin. CF: apply before entry at the competent Central African Embassy in Paris. LR: visa-on-arrival issuance has ended; Germany-based travellers apply at the Liberian Embassy in Berlin. ML: apply at a Malian foreign mission in Germany.
    • This does not normalize travel warnings, operational access, invitations, special documents, work, residence, transit or final admission.
    1 passport nationalities covered

    Germany

  5. Current official routeVisa required

French ordinary passports: named advance visa routes

Current official material establishes advance mission processing or issuance for each listed French ordinary-passport visitor route.

    • AF: single-entry visas are issued by Afghanistan’s Embassy in France. KP: visa available through the DPRK General Delegation in France. LY: visa before arrival. SD: prior visa. SY: Syrian diplomatic or consular representation issues the visa. CG: obtain before departure; no arrival visa. SS: airlines may refuse boarding without a pre-departure visa and France-based applicants use the Paris embassy. CF: the CAR Paris Embassy processes the passport and short-stay application. GQ: no arrival visa and the Paris embassy states required documents. GW: French applications go to the Guinea-Bissau Embassy in Paris; its exceptional Bissau-airport route is not the standard France-resident route. LR: France residents apply through the Liberian Embassy. ML: Mali consulates in Paris or Lyon issue it; no arrival visa. NE: prior visa only; no arrival visa. NG: portal submission is followed by physical dossier submission to OIS Paris for processing. TD: diplomatic or consular mission issuance only; no border visa.
    • This records ordinary French-passport short-visitor routes only and does not normalize travel warnings, operational access, work, residence, special documents or final admission.
    1 passport nationalities covered

    France

  6. Current official routeVisa required

Moldovan ordinary passports: named advance consular visitor visas

Moldova MFA's current ordinary-passport table requires a visa and identifies diplomatic missions as the obtaining method for these destinations.

    • Apply through the relevant diplomatic mission and obtain the visitor visa before departure; this is an advance consular route, not an inference from generic visa wording.
    • Mission operation, invitation requirements, Syrian and Afghan governmental-transition issues, closures, routes through Transnistria, special documents and final admission remain separate.
    1 passport nationalities covered

    Moldova

  7. Current official routeVisa-free

Rwandan ordinary passports: named visa-free short visits

Rwanda DGIE's current ordinary-passport schedule expressly records visa-free access for Bangladesh, Central African Republic, Côte d'Ivoire, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali and Niger. The Republic of the Congo row is classified separately from the controlling bilateral agreement.

    • This is limited to the named ordinary-passport rows in Rwanda DGIE's current outbound schedule; it is not inferred from EAC, AU, COMESA, bilateral or regional membership.
    • For CI, the destination MFA/SNEDAI pages describe a general applicant visa workflow but do not publish a Rwanda-specific override. Rwanda DGIE's passport-specific ordinary row says Visa not required, so the generic applicant route is not normalized as applying to this named visa-free passport.
    • Purpose, stay period, accepted document, special passports, carrier rules and final admission remain separate.
    1 passport nationalities covered

    Rwanda

  8. Current official routeVisa required

Central African Republic: existing named ordinary-passport advance visas

Current passport-specific government guidance already retained in canonical evidence requires advance visas for these named visitors.

    • Carried forward solely for this full-scope candidate. The sources expressly identify ordinary visitor visa requirements before travel or mission processing; no general residual complement is inferred.
    5 passport nationalities covered

United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Moldova

  9. Current official routeVisa-free

Rwandan ordinary passport: existing Central African Republic visa-free entry

Rwanda’s current DGIE ordinary-passport schedule expressly records Central African Republic as visa-free.

    • Carried forward solely for this full-scope candidate; this named ordinary-passport row is not an inferred regional complement.
    1 passport nationalities covered

    Rwanda

  10. Current official routeVisa required

Spanish ordinary passports: Central African Republic advance visitor visa

MAEC directs Spanish visitors to obtain the Central African Republic visa in Paris before travel.

    • This records the ordinary Spanish-passport visitor baseline, not work, residence, diplomatic, service or special-document treatment.
    • Admission, security, health and documentary requirements remain separately applicable.
    1 passport nationalities covered

    Spain

  11. Current official routeVisa on arrival

UAE ordinary passports: current visitor visas on arrival

Kuwait's current government table directs ordinary Kuwaiti passport holders to obtain an embassy-issued visa before visiting these destinations.

    • Ordinary Kuwaiti passport and short visitor travel; apply through the relevant embassy before departure, with final issuance and admission remaining discretionary.
    1 passport nationalities covered

    Kuwait

Palestinian ordinary passports: 2026 advance-visa visitor cohort

The State of Palestine's current ordinary-passport schedule labels this exact destination cohort "Visa is required" and separately labels electronic and arrival-issued routes elsewhere in the same schedule. It is normalized as advance visa required.

    • This is the Ministry's ordinary-passport short-visitor baseline. The source separately labels eVisa and visa-on-arrival rows, so a bare "Visa is required" row is not recast as either route.
    • Georgia and Panama have separately stated waivers for holders of specified third-country visas. Those conditional document routes are excluded from this passport-only baseline.
    • Mission availability, passport recognition, individual admission, route, transit, work, residence, diplomatic, official, service and other special-document treatment are outside this policy.
    1 passport nationalities covered

    Palestinian Territory

  14. Current official routeVisa required

Russian ordinary passports: named advance visitor-visa routes

Current Russian MFA country guidance identifies ordinary Russian visitor visas issued by the named diplomatic missions for these destinations.

    • Republic of the Congo: apply at its Moscow Embassy; Liberia: use Liberia's embassies in Germany, France or Italy; Mali: use Mali's Embassy.
    • Niger: apply where Niger has a diplomatic mission; North Macedonia: use its diplomatic missions abroad, unless separately qualifying through a residence permit or multi-entry Schengen C visa.
    • Sudan: ordinary passports normally receive a one- or two-month visa from Sudan's Embassy in Russia.
    • The listed routes are for ordinary short visits only; work, residence, diplomatic/service passports, route-specific exceptions and final admission remain separate.

  15. Current official routeVisa required

Seychellois passports: named advance visitor-visa cohort

Seychelles' July 2025 passport-holder schedule expressly requires these destinations to issue a visa before entry, rather than treating an online form or airport process as the visitor baseline.

    • Applies to the ordinary Seychellois passport short-visitor baseline in the Ministry's current named list.
    • The schedule's wording requires a visa before entry but does not establish an electronic or border-issued route, so this is normalized only as advance visa required.
    • Mission availability, individual grant, document, route, transit, work, residence, diplomatic, official and special-passport treatment remain outside scope.
    1 passport nationalities covered

    Seychelles

  16. Current official routeVisa required

Colombian ordinary passports: Central African Republic advance visitor visa

Colombia's current Foreign Ministry table says Central African Republic tourism and business visas are processed at consulates, without eVisa or arrival issuance.

    • Applies to an ordinary Colombian passport holder travelling as a short visitor.
    • The source says the route is consular and neither eVisa nor visa on arrival is available.
    • Work, residence, special documents and final admission remain outside scope.
    1 passport nationalities covered

    Colombia
