    Honduras: United Kingdom ordinary passports require an advance consular visa

    SRE’s 2024 ordinary United Kingdom nationality rule requires a consular visa. The current standard-passport baseline is therefore visa_required, not an ETA, eVisa or visa on arrival; the later circular provides only condition-specific exceptions.

    Honduras: CA-4 national ordinary-passport entry

    INM’s current visitor page directly says nationals of Guatemala, Nicaragua and El Salvador may enter Honduras under the Central American Free Movement Agreement using their national identity document or passport.     CA-4 Category A ordinary passports: visa-free Honduras entry

    The current COCESNA CA-4 eAIP defines Category A as visa-exempt for ordinary passports travelling to Honduras. This policy includes the current listed Category A passports after applying directly stated Honduras-specific changes for Bolivia, Ecuador, Latvia, Taiwan and the United Kingdom.

    • Applies only to ordinary passports in the stated CA-4 Category A baseline; it does not flatten diplomatic, official, service, residence, refugee, stateless, provisional or special-document treatment.

    CA-4 Category B/C ordinary passports: advance Honduran visa required

    The current CA-4 eAIP places these ordinary passports in Category B (consular) or C (consulted). Both require advance visa processing for the unconditional ordinary-passport baseline, so both normalize to visa_required rather than eVisa, ETA or visa on arrival.

    • Category B is an advance consular visa: INM says it is affixed to the passport and delivered at the personal, in-person appointment. Category C requires prior written INM validation before the applicant proceeds at a Honduran consulate.
    • The Category B/C grouping is only a normalized outcome; it does not erase the consulted-visa authorization, sponsor, documentary, fee, purpose or consular requirements that vary by category.
