Antigua and Barbuda, Dominican Republic, and Saint Vincent: visa obtainable at entry
The Foreign Ministry expressly permits these ordinary passport holders to obtain a visa at Turkish ports of entry; the easier arrival-issued route controls over their parallel e-Visa option.
- The current Ministry schedule says Antigua and Barbuda, the Dominican Republic, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines may obtain three-month multiple-entry visas at ports of entry, as well as by e-Visa or Turkish missions.
- This policy is a genuine border-issued visa, not an inference from an online form. Article 13 permits border visas only in exceptional cases and subjects them to applicable documents, insurance, funds, purpose, admissibility, and border-officer requirements.
- Work, study, residence, official, service, diplomatic, crew, and special-travel-document rules are outside this ordinary short-visitor policy.
