    Eritrean ordinary passports: Côte d'Ivoire preapproved arrival visa

    Côte d'Ivoire's State-approved ordinary-passport process gives online preapproval and prints/issues the visa at Abidjan airport.

    • Complete pre-enrolment, payment and document upload; board only with the approved D.S.T. response, payment receipt, valid Eritrean ordinary passport and yellow-fever certificate.
    • At Abidjan airport complete biometric enrolment; the visa is printed and issued there. This is online preapproval followed by border issuance, not an eVisa.
    • Work, residence, special passports, carrier rules, Eritrean departure formalities and final admission remain separate.
