How this access rule is documented

  1. Current official routeVisa-free

Listed ordinary passports: visa-free up to 90 days in six months, with stated identity-card route

The MFA's current country pages waive visas for these ordinary passports for up to 90 days in six months and separately state that an identity card can be used to travel to Serbia.

    • The policy records the ordinary-passport visitor baseline. The separate identity-card statement is not an ordinary-passport expansion and depends on the stated bilateral agreement or Government decision.
    • It does not establish work, residence, airport transit, emergency, refugee, diplomatic, official/service, or other special-document access.
    • A valid document, purpose and financial proof may be required; border admission remains discretionary under the published entry requirements.
