   Saint Vincent and the Grenadines residual ordinary passports: visitor visa-free entry

   The dated National Security notice exhaustively names twelve nationalities requiring entry visas. All 159 residual ordinary passports are outside that list, and Passport and Immigration grants an arrival entry permit to other international countries.

   • Applies to the listed residual ordinary-passport nationalities for a short visitor stay. The sources do not distinguish special passport classes, so this records only the catalog ordinary-passport baseline. The 12 nationalities expressly requiring entry visas are outside this batch.
   • Passport and Immigration says entry permits are granted on arrival; its 'Other International Countries' line states three months. Foreign Affairs instead says a majority of foreign nationals receive one month, so no uniform stay duration is normalized.
   • The dated National Security notice is the controlling nationality rule: it presents the twelve countries for which a visa is required and gives an effective date. The undated central visitor and National Security application pages retain a shorter ten-country list, while Foreign Affairs says thirteen but displays ten; none names a residual passport as visa-required.
   • An entry permit is not normalized as a visa on arrival. Passport and Immigration describes the arrival document as a permit, while Foreign Affairs separately calls ordinary visitor treatment visa-free.
   • Work, residence, extension, CSME, diplomatic, official, service, emergency, refugee, stateless and other special-document treatment, final admission, health, funds and security requirements remain outside this baseline.
