How this access rule is documented

  1. Visa-free

British Virgin Islands: Guyanese nationals exempt from a visa

The current, in-force 2024 BVI amendment adds nationals of Guyana to the Visa Exemption Order. S.I. No. 26 of 2026 is a separate, narrowly framed exemption for certain children born in the Territory and does not amend that nationality rule.

    • This maps the nationality-based visa exemption only for an ordinary visitor passport; admission, length of stay, and other entry requirements remain discretionary.
    • S.I. No. 26 of 2026 concerns children under 11 born in the Territory to ordinarily resident parents and is not a nationality visitor schedule.
