    HKSAR passports: Ukraine visa-free visits

Ukraine's current bilateral agreement permits Hong Kong SAR permanent residents holding the HKSAR Passport to enter, leave, transit and stay in Ukraine without a visa for no more than 14 days.

    • The agreement applies to a Hong Kong SAR permanent resident using the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Passport expressly named in its annex.
    • A stay longer than 14 days, or entry for employment, study or residence, requires a visa before travel.
    • Temporary return documents and other Hong Kong, PRC, BN(O), diplomatic, official, service or residence documents are outside this modeled ordinary-passport relationship.
    • Final admission and compliance with Ukrainian migration, security, health and public-order law remain subject to the competent authorities.
